ABOUT ME

Emily is a writer, producer, and visual artist. Her work is driven by a passion to bring joy and encourage empathy in (especially young) audiences and to educate and widen the world through art.

She recently completed her degree at the University of Cambridge, through which she obtained an MPhil in Education. Her research focus lies in children's media, specifically that which explores child agency and social-emotional learning and development.

Emily completed a her Bachelor's degree in Video and Film Production at Middle Tennessee State University in 2020. Since then, she has worked in media positions at Discovery Center at Murfree Spring, Second Presbyterian Knoxville, and TikTok. She is now an English Content Writer for Amira Learning.
